Grill is great, heats fast and consistent temperature control; was very popular so took a while for an add on gridle to be received from backorder (did not impact main grill use), good buy for family cooking!

Steaks cook perfectly with the infrared side searing burner.
The rear infrared burner makes perfect rotisserie chicken.

Purchased from BBQ Outfitters a week before our annual Christmas party. Love the cast stainless grates and the sear station especially. Cooked ribs and chicken for 30 people for the party and everything turned out great. And cleanup was very easy. Big upgrade from my 18 year old previous grill.

Napoleon: Prestige 500 Freestanding Grill

After having a Viking for 20 Years we wanted a grill with exceptional heat distribution, infrared rotisserie and searing station. We researched and decided on the Napoleon 500, evenly heats and stays hot across the entire cooking surface, the rotisserie is slightly forward which is a plus as it evenly heats and does not burn during rotation. We are very satisfied and would buy this grill again. We would like to have a removable drip tray, this would be a positive addition to this grill at this price point.
