Refund policy
At BBQ Outfitters, we are committed to your satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy. Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and is a stock item. Special orders that are canceled or returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee, while custom orders, furniture, or installed equipment are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances. For returns, kindly note we accept only new, unused, unassembled, and "resellable" products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be provided after deducting the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs you may incur.

Damaged Product
When your order from BBQ Outfitters arrives, we strongly advise inspecting the package upon receipt. This means removing the product from its packaging and checking the contents for any potential damage.
BASED ON THE SHIPPING METHOD, PLEASE ADHERE TO THESE GUIDELINES:
For items shipped via LTL freight:
While the driver is present, please inspect the shipment to confirm that all items are correct, present, and free from damage. If you find any discrepancies or damage:
1. Document the damages on the delivery receipt.
2. You reserve the right to refuse the delivery.
3. If refusing the delivery, contact us immediately at 512-347-1988 within 5 days to inform us of the refusal.
For items delivered by FedEx or UPS:
If there's any damage, whether visible or concealed, please:
1. Reach out to us at 512-347-1988 to report the issue and obtain a return authorization number.
2. If only a portion of your item is damaged, you can opt to keep the order. Make a record of the damages and get in touch with us. We'll promptly send you replacement parts at no extra charge.
Returning Product(s) Received as a Gift:
For products you wish to return that were gifted to you, we offer an in-store credit. To process this return, please contact us at 512-347-1988 for detailed instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note the following items that are exempt from our return policy:
1. Items that have been used, installed, or assembled.
2. Clearance products.
3. Warehouse Deal offerings.
4. Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order items.
5. Products explicitly labeled “non-returnable” within their descriptions.
6. Any items sought for return beyond the 30-day window.
