Standard Ground Shipping Policy

- For items in stock, we process standard ground shipments within roughly 2 business days.
- Orders valued between $49 and $89 have a flat shipping fee of $10.
- Enjoy free shipping for orders exceeding $89.
- Products eligible for these shipping rates are clearly indicated on their respective product pages.
- This policy is valid solely for the continental US.

Shipping Carriers
- Smaller items are shipped via UPS, while larger items utilize LTL freight.
- BBQ Outfitters chooses the optimal freight carrier for your shipment.
- Please understand that once a shipment is with the delivery company, our influence over delivery specifics is limited.

Delivery Details
- Most shipments are curb-side.
- Larger LTL freight carrier shipments will require a signature upon delivery. If you opt for no-signature deliveries, BBQ Outfitters won't be accountable for any subsequent damages.
- Deliveries to remote or challenging locations might incur additional shipping fees. Our Customer Service team will keep you informed in such scenarios.
- BBQ Outfitters is not liable for undelivered merchandise due to shipping company limitations or challenging delivery locations.
- Non-deliverable items due to incorrect addresses or unreachable customers will fall under our standard return policies.

International Shipping
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii utilize UPS 2-Day and require individualized quotes.

Delivery Inspection Guidelines
Protect your order by following these steps upon delivery:

Standard Delivery (e.g., UPS)
- Report any damage within 48 hours at (512)347-1988.

Freight Delivery
- If you permit freight to be left without a signature, BBQ Outfitters cannot be held responsible for damages or missing items.
- Ensure that the delivery receipt's pallet/piece count aligns with the number of pallets/pieces received.
- Always inspect external packaging for damage.
- If external damage is evident, inspect the contents. If the driver doesn't allow this, or if you can't note "damaged" on the receipt, contact us immediately at (512) 347-1988 or consider refusing the shipment.
- Always note any damages on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Signing without specifying damages implies you've received the items in perfect condition.
- For concealed damages, inspect after the driver departs and report any issues within 48 hours.
