Great BBQ, mediocre assembly experience

I ordered the BGE with modular nest. About a week before the scheduled delivery date, I got a call from BBQ outfitters that the boxes got damaged in rain/transport, so I would get a free assembly. That was very nice offer.
However, when the BBQ arrived, the delivery guys just unloaded everything on my driveway and were about to leave. I asked them about the assembly, and they replied that assembly is not included. I called the BBQ outfitters office, and they straightened it up immediately.
The delivery guys proceeded to assemble the BGE only! I asked about the nest, they insisted that’s not included.
After they left, I assembled the nest myself (not hard at all), and had to disassemble the BFE (too heavy to lift and place in the nest).
So in the end the assembly was not worth much… I would not recommend it and I’m glad I did not pay for it since I had to disassemble and reassemble the BGE myself.
The BGE bbq is great, I cannot wait until the weekend to try it out.
