Napoleon: Pro 500 & Prestige 500 Series Grill Cover

Have used the grill 4 times new for chicken legs (twice), steak, and hamburgers. So far the main grill section has performed as expected. The searing burner worked great. Still getting used to the amount of heat created by the gas knob setting, but that will come with time. The only minor dissatisfaction is the auto light mechanism has been sluggish on several of the burners.

I was at loss for which gas grill to add to the outdoor kitchen and the sales person walked me through each option and gave pros and cons. He was a professional and answered all the questions I had, with a great knowledge and willing ness to take as much time as I needed. In the end, I purchased the Napoleon Pro 500 and it has been fantastic. High quality, easy to light and great looking too. Allow this team to help make your next grill purchase an easy process.

Gill is good quality. Like the side seer burner. Cabinet is average quality
