Other than it blowing my breaker three times, I have this thing dialed in! My green egg gives the traiger dirty looks, but now we all just get along nicely. It’s cheating, yes, for top BBQ cooks, but now that it’s mainstream, it is what it is. Keep on smoking….low and slow.

Our smoker was delivered and set up within a week. Everyone at BBQ Outfitters were very helpful. Since we were slightly on the fence between two products, they recommended to come and and event were all brand representatives would showcase their products.
The food and advice were excellent and made our decision easier. My first meal was a Rossted Rack of Pork. So easy, very juicy perfectly done, all by just by downloading the recipe and letting the Ironwood do the work. Can’t wait to use it again!!!
