I purchased an outdoor refrigerator online from BBQ Outfitters. A eek later I had not heard from the shipping company. I contacted customer support and asked if they could look into it for me. The next day I received word that they switched shipping companies and would ship promptly. At that time I realized I had not ordered the handle kit. Support contacted the manufacturer and had the handle kit drop shipped. All arrived the same day! Works great and BBQ Outfitters are awesome!
