I finally got to use the wood burning pizza oven. It heated very well. I used lump charcoal to start the fire and then used the 6 inch oak wood. The first pizza heated up in about one minute. The pizza oven is very well insulated. I also used the Ooni app to calculate how much dough to make. I am glad that I finally got my a great pizza oven. The price at BBQ Outfitters was great.
