If you want to steam, simmer, or braise, simply add some liquid and cover it with the custom-fit tempered glass lid. Like all Smithey skillets, the interior features our signature polished finish, which, when seasoned, offers a naturally non-stick surface that’s easy to clean. This pot is proudly made in the USA and includes an extended chef handle for added comfort. The curved interior allows for smooth movement, and convenient holes on both sides provide easy hanging and storage.
